I offer individually arranged visits to state and diocesan archives to obtain vital records and other archival documents necessary for genealogical research.

This service is intended for individuals who are unable to work in archives personally or who need support in conducting source-based archival research.

The scope of the service includes:

• preparing a research plan based on the information provided,
• verifying archival references and record groups before the visit,
• reviewing parish registers and other archival collections,
• searching for specific records and entries concerning indicated individuals and families,
• making copies or photographs of documents (in accordance with the regulations of the institution),
• preparing research notes from the conducted archival search,
• delivering the collected materials together with an explanation of the findings and recommendations for further research.

I work according to established genealogical research methods, with full respect for archival regulations and current rules governing access to archival materials.

Each research request is preceded by an analysis of the scope of the search and an individual quotation, ensuring that the work carried out is as precise and effective as possible

"I was recently trying to find information about my grandparents, cousins and other relatives in small towns in Belarus that likely perished during the Holocaust. Pani was recommended as someone who could assist in my search for information. I reached out to her over email, she quickly replied, and she's been very helpful in finding information that I wasn't able to find on my own. She's been a pleasure to deal with, and I have very much enjoyed our interactions. I give Pani very high recommendations for anyone trying to find information about family members in Eastern Europe."
